李建华博士

【个人简介】

李建华,男,汉族,安徽临泉,1989年生,博士,讲师。2024年毕业于东南大学集成电路学院微电子学与固体电子学专业,获工学博士学位,主要从事射频功率检测、射频/毫米波集成电路和传感器集成研究,主持或参与多项省级以上科研项目,以第一作者在国际期刊发表学术论文SCI十多篇。

射频集成电路设计、射频/微波功率检测、射频器件等
