为增强学生科研思维，抗衰老中草药研究中心于2022年3月30日16:20在躬行E楼205如期举办例会，本次例会由一名硕士研究生和三名本科生进行汇报，由蒋侠森老师和杨京霞老师共同主持。

本次例会由张驰宇、王硕、刘鑫瑀、金蓦然分别讲解了《Evaluation of a modified atmosphere packaging system in pallets to extend the shelf-life of the stored tomato at cooling temperature》,《Fucoidan inhibits amyloid-β-induced toxicity in transgenic Caenorhabditis elegans by reducing the accumulation of amyloid-β and decreasing the production of reactive oxygen species》,《Evaluation of a modified atmosphere packaging system in pallets to extend the shelf-life of the stored tomato at cooling temperature》,《Supplementation with phosphatidylethanolamine confers anti-oxidant and anti-aging effects via hormesis and reduced insulin/IGF-1-like signaling in C. elegans》。其中分别主要讲述了从枸杞脱水果实中提取的果汁具有明显的促氧化作用、从枸杞脱水果实中提取的果汁具有明显的促氧化作用、使用10% O₂-10% CO₂的包装气氛组合物和硅胶作为吸附剂延长了在冷藏温度下储存的番茄的货架寿命、磷脂酰乙醇胺可增强对氧化应激的抵抗力。

通过本次例会，使同学们对于实验方法有了更深一步的学习和了解，为接下来的实验打下了良好的基础。
