个人简历

蒋侠森，2015-2020年就读于浙江大学特种经济动物系，获得农学博士学位；2011-2015年就读于西北农林科技大学动物科学系，获得农学学士学位。攻读博士期间，分别在南非比勒陀利亚大学（University of Pretoria, 2016/08-2016/10）和澳大利亚西悉尼大学（Western Sydney University，2019/09-2020/03）做访问学者开展合作研究。现为生物与食品工程学院抗衰老中草药安徽省工程技术中心专职科研人员。
